A standard booking runs for 2 hours of play. Extra time is $150 per hour, arranged on the day or booked in advance.
Yes. We deliver, set up, run the gear and pack it down. You don't lift a thing.
For most events, yes — our crew stays on site to run the machines, help players and sort any issues. Some smaller setups can be left with you; we'll confirm when you book.
Auckland-wide as standard. Out-of-town events are welcome — give us a call and we'll quote travel.
The sooner the better, especially December and weekends in summer. Call us with your date and we'll tell you what's free.
No. We can bring our own power. If your site has no power, we have a generator available for hire.
Roughly 1.5m x 1.5m per machine, plus room to stand and play in front. Flat, firm ground — grass, concrete, a garage floor or an indoor venue all work.
Yes. Halls, warehouses, gazebos, garages and function rooms all work. We just need a clear path in — tell us about stairs, tight doorways or lifts when you book.
The machines need cover. If your event is outdoors we can provide a gazebo, so a bit of weather won't stop play. Just let us know when you book.
Yes. Our claws are set to medium difficulty so people win regularly, and we can adjust it up or down to suit your crowd.
Unlimited plays plus one major prize win included (up to $50 value). Each extra large plush is $100. Larger prize pools can be arranged.
Unlimited plays with the first 10 toys won included. After that it's $10 per toy won.
Yes — branded merch, vouchers or your own products can go in the claw machines. Popular for brand activations.
No. Everything is set to free play, so guests just walk up and play.
Hoops and Boxer pull the biggest crowds and keep a queue moving. The claw machines are the ones people remember. Tell us your crowd and we'll suggest a lineup.
Yes, all ages. Younger kids love the claw machines and Catch the Lights; teens and adults go straight for Boxer and Hoops.
Yes. We can wrap machines, add your signage and run the container or marquee setup in your brand colours. Ask us for a corporate quote.
3 machines delivered, staffed and set up is $550. 6 machines is $850. Both include 2 hours of free play with plush toys and prizes included. Private and tailored corporate events are quoted individually.
We'll send an invoice with your booking confirmation. Bank transfer is easiest.
Yes — we carry public liability insurance. We can send our certificate if your venue needs it.
